Appropriates $2,612,825 to the Contractors Licensing Board for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, covering personal services and operating expenses.

Establishes a maximum of 22 regular employees including positions such as investigators, licensing coordinators, administrative specialists, and one attorney specialist.

Allocates funds for regular salaries ($1,025,205), personal services matching ($332,235), maintenance and general operations ($398,881), education training grants ($150,000), and construction industry training grants ($300,000).

Requires the agency to request legal services from the Attorney General before employing outside counsel, with written certification required for each instance of special legal counsel employment.

Effective July 1, 2014, with emergency clause declaring the appropriation essential to continued agency operations.
