SR 1 Summary

• Authorizes the Joint Budget Committee to introduce a nonappropriation bill to amend Arkansas's Revenue Stabilization Law effective July 1, 2014

• Adds criminal, civil, and administrative penalties collected under the Arkansas Lead-Based Paint-Hazard Act of 2011 to the Public Health Fund revenues

• Expands the Arkansas Counties Alcohol and Drug Abuse and Crime Prevention Program Fund to include nonrefundable administrative bail bond fees collected under § 17-19-301(f)(1)

• Adds four new special revenue classifications to the Revenue Classification Law: suspended registration reinstatement fees, certificate of franchise authority fees, lead-based paint regulation fees and fines, and voice stress analysis examiner's license fees

• Amends the Department of Labor Special Fund and Department of Arkansas State Police Fund to include the newly created voice stress analysis examiner's license fees as revenue sources
