Urges U.S. Congress and Fish and Wildlife Service to develop long-term federal funding for the Norfork and Greers Ferry National Fish Hatcheries to ensure continued trout sport fishery operations in Arkansas.

Notes the trout fishery generates approximately $175,000,000 annually in economic impact to Arkansas and that both hatcheries return $89-$95 to the state for every dollar spent to operate them.

Expresses concern that Fish and Wildlife Service may close these hatcheries to redirect operating funds to other programs, which would harm the 160,000 trout anglers and communities dependent on the fishery.

Directs the Senate to urge Fish and Wildlife Service to maintain funding at Fiscal Year 2014 levels or higher until a comprehensive study on hatchery solvency and future funding needs is completed.

Requires the Secretary of the Senate to send certified copies of the resolution to Arkansas congressional delegation members and the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
