Appropriates $616,798 to the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors for fiscal year 2015-2016, including $284,454 for regular salaries, $12,000 for extra help, and $94,324 for personal services matching.

Authorizes a maximum of 6 regular employees including an Executive Director (Grade N903), Professional Engineer (Grade C128), Assistant Executive Director (Grade C115), Fiscal Support Analyst (Grade C115), and 2 Licensing Coordinators (Grade C113).

Authorizes up to 1 temporary or part-time employee at rates of pay not to exceed those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Requires the agency to request legal services from the Attorney General's Office first; the Attorney General may authorize the agency to employ private counsel only if sufficient personnel are unavailable and the Attorney General provides written certification.

Effective July 1, 2015 as emergency legislation necessary for agency operations and preservation of essential governmental programs.
