Appropriates $140,096 to the Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology for fiscal year 2015-2016, including $53,096 for regular salaries, $6,000 for extra help, and $17,434 for personal services matching.

Establishes one full-time Audiology Office Manager position (Grade C116) and authorizes up to one part-time or temporary employee as needed.

Allocates operating expenses including $47,516 for operational expenses, $3,250 for conferences and travel, and $12,800 for professional fees.

Requires the Board to contract with an outside investigator to conduct investigations and inspections of complaints regarding practitioners who endanger public health or violate the practice act or Board regulations, effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.

Takes effect on July 1, 2015 with emergency clause authority due to constitutional one-year appropriation limitations.
