Establishes maximum of 4 regular employees for the State Board of Private Career Education for fiscal year 2015-2016, including a board director, program/field auditor supervisor, audit specialist, and administrative specialist

Authorizes up to 4 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates not exceeding the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act

Appropriates $439,857 from the Private Career Education Fund for personal services and operating expenses, including $239,587 in regular salaries, $32,500 in extra help, and $94,770 in personal services matching

Appropriates $50,000 from cash fund for operating expenses, conferences, travel, and professional fees

Appropriates $500,000 from the Private Career School Student Protection Trust Fund for expenses, claims, and fees, effective July 1, 2015
