Establishes maximum of 33 regular employees for the Office of the Treasurer of State for fiscal year 2015-2016, with positions ranging from Treasurer Chief of Staff ($113,348) to Assistant II ($40,113)

Authorizes up to 10 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates not to exceed those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act
