Appropriates $6,513,667 for State Military Department general operations, including $2,663,873 for regular salaries (666 maximum employees) and $60,000 for extra help personnel.

Authorizes 133 temporary or part-time employees ("Extra Help") to be paid at rates not exceeding those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $2,903,943 for Arkansas National Guard Youth Challenge Program, $3,706,192 for Civilian Student Training Program, and $2,503,000 for emergency Military Call-Up and Court Martial expenses.

Appropriates $20,127,442 for Fort Chaffee operations and $18,692,303 for Federal Training Site operations, funded from federal sources.

Appropriates additional funds for National Guard Museum ($100,110), Military Family Relief Trust Fund ($149,453), Cash Operations ($1,713,690), and other programs, effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.
