Expands prescriptive authority for advanced practice registered nurses from Schedules III-V to Schedules II-V drugs.

Requires the Arkansas State Board of Nursing to promptly adopt rules for advanced practice registered nurses consistent with the Arkansas State Medical Board's rules governing dangerous drugs and controlled substances.

Creates an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Committee within the Arkansas State Board of Nursing consisting of five members appointed by the board from a list of advanced practice registered nurses.

Committee members serve three-year terms with a chair elected for two-year terms (limited to two consecutive terms), requiring a quorum of three members and quarterly meetings.

Committee members serve without remuneration unless funds are available for expense reimbursement and per diem allowances; the committee's purpose is to review all collaborative agreements between physicians and advanced practice registered nurses.
