Amends Arkansas Code § 16-17-115 to clarify that district court payments shall be made from general revenues of the county, town, or city (removing reference to "district court cost fund").

Amends Arkansas Code § 16-17-124 to specify that fees of at least $5.00 per case for appeal transcripts and certified court documents shall be paid into the general fund of each political subdivision contributing to district court expenses, proportional to their contribution percentage.

Amends Arkansas Code § 16-17-126 to specify that fees of $10.00 for filing or issuing writs of garnishment and executions shall be paid into the general fund of each political subdivision contributing to district court expenses, proportional to their contribution percentage.

Clarifies that "which" is changed to "that" throughout the statutes for grammatical consistency.
