Requires the State Crime Laboratory to develop sexual assault evidence inventory audit documents for law enforcement agencies and healthcare providers to track untested sexual assault collection kits.

Mandates law enforcement agencies and healthcare providers to conduct annual audits of all untested sexual assault collection kits before December 31 each year and report findings to the State Crime Laboratory.

Protects audit information and reports as confidential, exempting them from discovery under Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure and the Freedom of Information Act of 1967.

Requires the State Crime Laboratory to submit an annual report to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House by February 1, containing aggregate data from all agencies and a plan to address any backlog of untested kits.

Preserves existing confidentiality protections for sexual assault victims and maintains medical-legal examinations' compliance with § 12-12-402 and other applicable law.
