Amends Arkansas Code § 6-15-509 to extend participation in interscholastic activities to private school students in addition to home-schooled students at their resident public schools

Requires private school and home-schooled students to report to the resident school district within the first 11 days of fall or spring semester and provide written notice to the principal before signup, tryout, or participation deadlines

Mandates students demonstrate academic eligibility by achieving a minimum score at the 30th percentile on the Stanford Achievement Test Series (Tenth Edition) or another nationally recognized test within 12 months, or a score approved by the State Board of Education

Restricts private school students from participating in interscholastic activities at the resident school if the same activity is offered at their enrolled private school

Imposes a 365-day waiting period for students who withdraw from an Arkansas Activities Association member school to enroll in private school or homeschooling before they can participate in resident district interscholastic activities
