Repeals Arkansas Code § 26-60-108(c)–(f) concerning completion, storage, and audit of real property transfer tax affidavits of compliance and receipts as obsolete.

Eliminates requirements for county recorders to deliver affidavits to taxpayers, present them for compliance review, record exemptions, and file stamp affidavits with book and page numbers.

Removes the requirement for the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration to conduct weekly pickups of affidavits from county recorders.

Eliminates requirements for keeping affidavit copies for audit compliance and Division of Legislative Audit purposes and making triplicate copies available to county assessors.

Renumbers Arkansas Code § 26-60-108(g) to (c) and preserves the provision allowing directors to authorize use and retention of electronic copies of affidavits in the same manner as other electronic documents.
