Amends Arkansas Code § 17-19-106(b) to add a new subdivision allowing the Professional Bail Bond Company and Professional Bail Bondsman Licensing Board to appoint a Director who serves at the pleasure of the board.

Creates new Arkansas Code § 17-19-213 establishing that board investigators shall be designated as specialized law enforcement officers for the purpose of investigating chapter violations.

Requires specialized law enforcement officers employed by the board to meet all standards and training requirements under Arkansas Code § 12-9-101 et seq.
