Reappropriates $28,383 in unspent balances to the Department of Education for school recognition awards providing nonrecurring bonuses and educational materials to eligible public schools, effective July 1, 2015.

Reappropriates $25,000 for grants to institutes that reimagine education in traditional public schools for personal services, operating expenses, and equipment.

Reappropriates $1,000,000 to the Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation for open enrollment public charter school debt repayment and facility improvements.

Reappropriates $558,257 total to the Educational Television Division from multiple funds for facility maintenance, renovation, equipment, the "Honoring Arkansas' War Heroes" documentation project, and AETN satellite broadcasting infrastructure in Northwest Arkansas.

Reappropriates $1,900,000 to the Arkansas School for the Blind and $4,600,000 to the Arkansas School for the Deaf for maintenance, renovation, construction, and facility improvements, all effective July 1, 2015.
