Appropriates $10,000 to the State Military Department for court martial expenses during fiscal year 2014-2015, supplementing funds previously appropriated in Act 196 of 2014.

Funds shall be paid from the State Military Department Fund Account and must comply with state procurement law, general accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, and other applicable fiscal control regulations.

Disbursement of funds must align with stated reasons for adoption as documented in budget manuals, agency requests, executive and legislative recommendations, and official legislative council or joint budget committee minutes.

Declares an emergency clause due to unforeseen circumstances making existing funds insufficient for the State Military Department to continue essential governmental services.

Act became effective upon passage and approval on February 27, 2015.
