Appropriates $1,876,300 to the Department of Parks and Tourism for the Outdoor Recreation Grants Program for fiscal year 2014-2015, payable from the Parks and Tourism Outdoor Recreation Grants Fund.

Funds are supplemental and in addition to those appropriated by Act 206 of 2014.

Disbursement of funds must comply with the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, Regular Salary Procedures and Restrictions Act, and other applicable state fiscal control laws and Department of Finance and Administration regulations.

Funds must be used in compliance with the stated reasons documented in budget manuals, Agency Requests, Executive Recommendations, Legislative Recommendations, and minutes of the Arkansas Legislative Council or Joint Budget Committee.

Declared an emergency measure effective upon passage due to insufficient funds for the Department of Parks and Tourism to continue essential governmental services.
