Appropriates $2,000,000 for replacement, upgrade, and addition to camera security systems and recorders at correctional facilities

Appropriates $3,199,830 for various other infrastructure improvements including microwave fence systems ($625,000), water filtration systems ($80,000), facility maintenance and upgrades ($3,000,000), drainage maintenance ($300,000), and a rice and grits mill remodel ($604,830)

Appropriates $3,199,800 from the Department of Correction Farm Fund for grain storage bins at East Arkansas Unit ($200,000) and Tucker Unit ($200,000), and dairy facility renovation and equipment replacement ($2,799,800)
