Changes the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers' duty from "prepare, supervise, and administer" to "ensure that" a qualifying examination is administered at least one (1) time each year based on nationally accepted norms.

Increases the written examination fee from $150 to $300, while maintaining $50 fees for each of the earmold practicum, audiometric practicum, and law and rules practicum.

Allows persons in valid internship programs to take the licensing examination (written or practicum or both) after successfully completing six (6) months in the program upon written recommendation of their sponsor.

Clarifies that the examination shall be given by the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers at least one (1) time each year.
