Amends Arkansas Code § 5-73-119(e)(11) to allow concealed handgun licensees to carry firearms on private school property operated by churches or other places of worship, provided the school allows it and meets specified conditions.

Permits concealed handgun licensees to carry firearms on kindergarten through grade 12 (K-12) private schools or prekindergarten private schools if the school's governing board or director has established rules and circumstances allowing such carry.

Amends Arkansas Code § 5-73-306(14) to create exceptions to the prohibition on carrying concealed handguns on school campuses and at school events for private schools meeting the conditions outlined in the bill.

Applies to K-12 private schools operated by churches or places of worship that are located on the school's developed property and permit concealed carry under existing law.
