Adds "coroner" and "deputy coroner" engaged in official duty at crime scenes or death locations to the definition of covered public employees eligible for death benefits.

Adds "jailer" as a covered public employee, defined as city, town, or county detention or transport officers subject to injury through contact with inmates, detainees, parolees, or probationers.

Renumbers and reorganizes the definitions section of Arkansas Code § 21-5-701 to accommodate new employee categories while maintaining existing definitions for police officers, firefighters, state highway employees, and other covered public employees.

Amends Arkansas Code § 21-5-705(a)(1) to include jailers and coroners in the list of employees whose designated beneficiaries or survivors are eligible to receive state death benefit payments.
