Increases the Public School Health Services Advisory Committee from 19 to 24 members, including adding one member from the Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation and one member representing the Office of Health Information Technology.

Extends the committee's term expiration date from December 31, 2014 to December 31, 2017.

Changes the committee's study requirement from a one-time study to ongoing annual review of public school health services, including needs assessment, provider qualifications, facility conditions, and healthcare-related versus non-healthcare-related duties of school nurses.

Requires school districts to submit annual reports beginning July 1, 2015 detailing the number of full-time and part-time nurses employed or contracted, nurse licensure levels, educational degrees, compensation sources, and student nursing acuity levels across five specified categories.

Modifies reporting frequency from monthly to yearly for school nurses providing information to the Department of Education and requires the committee to develop health services training based on identified needs.
