Amends Arkansas Code § 28-41-101(b)(2)(B) to modify the notice form for small estate collection affidavits filed in probate court.

Removes the requirement to include the legal description of real property listed in the affidavit from the notice.

Maintains the requirement that all persons with claims against the estate must present them within three (3) months from the first publication date or be forever barred.

Requires the notice to include the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the distributee or distributee's attorney.

Became law on March 19, 2015 without being signed or dated by the Governor.
