Increases the State Parks, Recreation, and Travel Commission from 13 to 15 regular members.

Consolidates media representation requirements from three separate positions into one requirement for four (4) members active in media, including newspaper, television, radio, Internet, or video service provider industry.

Expands tourism-related positions from two (2) to seven (7) members with primary occupations in tourism, including recreational/travel fields and owners/operators of food service, lodging, or travel-oriented businesses.

Adds new commission member requirements for representatives in arts and culture, and recreation and conservation.

Becomes effective January 1, 2016, without shortening terms of current members serving on that date; changes implemented through filling of vacancies.
