Changes the correctable vision requirement for persons receiving blind or nearly blind benefits from 20/50 to 20/70 in the better eye under Arkansas Code § 27-16-604(a)(8)

Amends the minimum corrected visual acuity standard for restricted driver's licenses from 20/50 to 20/70 under Arkansas Code § 27-16-704(b)(4)

Modifies the maximum corrected visual acuity threshold for motor vehicle operation from 20/50 to 20/70 under Arkansas Code § 27-16-804(c)

Maintains field of vision requirements at 140 degrees for persons with two functional eyes and 105 degrees for persons with one functional eye
