Nonprofit organizations may purchase Department of Correction Industry Division goods only if the goods are not resold for profit

Department of Correction employees, retirees, state employees, school district employees, and current/former Board of Corrections members may purchase prison-made goods excluding furniture and seating for personal use only, not resale

General Assembly members are explicitly excluded from purchasing prison-made goods

Prison-made goods may be sold to inmates of the Department of Correction, Department of Community Correction, or local correctional facilities

Board of Corrections shall set uniform, nondiscriminating prices that do not exceed wholesale market prices, except for goods specifically produced for inmate sales which may be priced differently
