Amends Arkansas Code § 6-15-426(f) to require comprehensive school improvement plans to be based on student performance data analysis and include descriptions of how categorical funding is used for alternative learning environments, professional development, English-language learners, and national school lunch students.

Repeals Arkansas Code § 6-15-426(i)(1)(A) and (B), which previously required detailed reporting on instructional facilitators, alternative learning environments, professional development, English-language learners, national school lunch students, educational strategies, resources used, and categorical fund expenditures.

Amends Arkansas Code § 6-15-2201(c)(2) to clarify that the department and State Board of Education shall monitor development and implementation of revised school improvement plans.

Repeals Arkansas Code § 6-15-2202(b)(1)(B) and replaces it with requirements for schools accepting National School Lunch Act funds to report how such funds were planned to be used in the current school year and how they were used in the previous school year.
