Reduces duplicative reporting by school districts to the Department of Education and Department of Career Education by allowing data reuse across departments.

Permits the Department of Education or Department of Career Education to require school districts or public schools to submit data through the Arkansas Public School Computer Network, E-Finance, E-School, or other specified systems to ensure federal and state law compliance.

Allows all divisions of both departments to access submitted data, but restricts employees and contractors to accessing only data necessary to perform their duties.

Permits departments to require resubmission or explanation of inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or non-compliant data, but prohibits requiring resubmission in original or alternative formats except for these circumstances.

Requires the Department of Education or Department of Career Education to perform necessary format changes when compiling data into different formats rather than requiring school districts to reformat submissions.
