Amends Arkansas Code § 6-17-2403(b) to establish minimum teacher salary schedules for school districts based on years of experience and degree level (BA or MA)

Sets 2015-2016 school year salaries ranging from $29,244 (BA, 0 years experience) to $36,872 (MA, 15 years experience), with annual $450 increases per year of experience

Establishes 2016-2017 and subsequent school year salaries ranging from $31,000 (BA, 0 years experience) to $43,150 (MA, 15 years experience), with $450 annual increases per year of experience

Exempts part-time teachers and part-time paraprofessionals employed in adult education programs from the minimum compensation schedule, allowing their salaries to be established by the Adult Education Section of the Department of Career Education and approved by the State Board of Career Education
