Creates a 16-member Task Force on Alpha-gal to promote awareness and encourage treatment efforts in Arkansas for alpha-gal allergies caused by lone star tick bites.

Task force composition includes 1 senator, 2 representatives, 3 Department of Health employees, representatives from agriculture, nursing, pharmacy, and allergy/immunology organizations, plus 2 University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture designees.

Legislative members serve terms expiring December 31, 2016; nonlegislative members serve at the pleasure of their organizations; members receive no compensation, per diem, mileage, or stipends.

Chair selected from legislative members must call first meeting no later than 60 days after July 31, 2015, with task force meeting as often as necessary.

Task force shall submit recommendations to the Legislative Council and relevant committees by October 1, 2016, focusing on improving knowledge and treatment for emergency room healthcare professionals.
