Amends Arkansas Code § 11-10-210 to allow two or more persons to execute a written agreement establishing that a party is an independent contractor for services performed

Permits written independent contractor agreements to be filed with the Department of Workforce Services

Establishes that a written agreement is evidence of independent contractor status absent coercion or fraud in the agreement or its filing

Clarifies that the absence of a written agreement does not preclude an independent contractor relationship from existing between parties
