Amends Arkansas Code § 6-5-201(a) to expand the definition of "hazing" to explicitly include actions by alumni and volunteers or employees of fraternal organizations, in addition to students.

Clarifies that hazing includes willful acts directed against students that cause intimidation through threats of social ostracism, shame, or disgrace, regardless of whether they occur on or off school property.

Expands hazing definition to cover playing abusive or truculent tricks, humbling pride, stifling ambition, or impairing courage of students, as well as physical violence including striking, beating, bruising, or maiming.

Amends Arkansas Code § 6-5-202(a) to prohibit students, alumni, and volunteers or employees of fraternal organizations from engaging in hazing or encouraging, aiding, or assisting others in hazing.
