Amends Arkansas Code Title 6, Chapter 64, Subchapter 7 to rename "Agricultural Experiment Stations" to "University of Arkansas, Division of Agriculture"

Authorizes the University of Arkansas Board of Trustees to accept federal grants under 7 U.S.C. § 361a, the Smith-Lever Act (7 U.S.C. § 341), and the McIntire-Stennis Cooperative Forestry Research Program (16 U.S.C. § 582a)

Clarifies the structure and purposes of agricultural research stations including Main, Central Branch, Rice Branch, Fruit and Truck Branch, Cotton Branch, and Livestock and Forestry Branch stations

Establishes the Division of Agriculture with dual purposes: Arkansas Agricultural Experiment Station (basic and applied research on food, fiber, feed, agribusiness, bioenergy) and Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service (advancing knowledge on agriculture, environment, human health, and communities)

Authorizes the Division of Agriculture to establish research and extension offices, facilities, centers, and stations throughout the state with Board of Trustees approval
