Amends Arkansas Code § 4-28-609 to expand the rights of unincorporated nonprofit associations to assert and defend claims

Allows unincorporated nonprofit associations to institute, defend, intervene, or participate in judicial, administrative, or other governmental proceedings in their own name

Permits unincorporated nonprofit associations to participate in arbitration, mediation, or alternative dispute resolution proceedings

Enables unincorporated nonprofit associations to assert claims in their own name or on behalf of members when a member has standing, the interests are pertinent to the association's purposes, and member participation is not required for the claim or relief
