Amends Arkansas Code § 9-12-312(b) to allow courts to require rehabilitation plans when rehabilitative alimony is requested or an existing alimony order is modified.

Allows payor to petition court for review if recipient fails to meet rehabilitation plan requirements, and allows payor to request recipient provide a rehabilitation plan.

Caps alimony awards at 20% of payor's net income when marital property is divided 50/50, or 10% of net income when payor retires at age 62 or older.

Limits initial alimony awards to up to 3 years from divorce date, with recipients able to petition for extension within 6 months of expiration.

Requires evidence of recipient's disability preventing return to work to include testimony from a medical professional qualified as a rehabilitation expert.
