Amends Arkansas Code § 27-35-203(i) to exempt five-axle truck tractors and semi-trailer combinations hauling sand, gravel, rock, crushed stone, unfinished/unprocessed farm products, live poultry to processing facilities, and forest products from federal bridge formula on noninterstate highways.

Sets tandem axle limit of 34,000 pounds and single axle limit of 20,000 pounds for vehicles hauling sand, gravel, rock, or crushed stone with maximum gross weight of 80,000 pounds.

Sets tandem axle limit of 36,500 pounds and single axle limit of 20,000 pounds for vehicles hauling unfinished/unprocessed farm products, live poultry, or forest products with maximum gross weight of 85,000 pounds.

Restricts tandem axles to not exceed 34,000 pounds while operated on federal interstate highways, regardless of product type.

Prohibits variance on overall gross weight or axle weight for qualifying vehicles operating on federal interstate highways.
