Recognizes pregnancy resource centers' contributions to women, men, and unborn children through services including free pregnancy tests, peer counseling, ultrasounds, childbirth classes, and adoption referrals

States that more than 2,500 pregnancy resource centers across the United States provide comprehensive care to address physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual needs of those facing unplanned pregnancies

Strongly supports pregnancy resource centers and commends tens of thousands of volunteers and paid staff working at these organizations in Arkansas and nationwide

Encourages Congress and federal and state agencies to provide assistance for medical equipment and abstinence education to pregnancy resource centers without compromising their mission or religious integrity

Directs the House Chief Clerk to present copies of the resolution to pregnancy resource centers in Arkansas, the Governor, the President of the United States, and Congress leadership
