AR SB1027

Amends Arkansas Code § 3-4-205 to allow holders of vested alcohol permits to brand each business operated under the vested permit with the same name, logo, or both.

Modifies Arkansas Code § 3-4-301(a)(10) to exempt vested permit holders from the prohibition on branding permitted locations with the same name or logo as another retail liquor permitee.

Removes the "Subsequent to March 1, 2011" temporal language from grounds for permit revocation in subsections (8), (9), and (10) to clarify when these provisions apply.

Preserves existing permit revocation grounds including conviction of the permittee for selling illegal beverages, making false statements on applications, and violations of regulatory requirements.
