Repeals Acts 2011, No. 1198, § 1 to abolish the Non-Legislative Commission on the Study of Landlord-Tenant Laws that was created to study and report on landlord-tenant laws in Arkansas and other states with a reporting deadline of December 31, 2012.

Commission membership consisted of ten members including representatives from the Governor, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, Speaker of the House, two university law school deans, and one member each from the Arkansas Realtors Association, Bankers Association, Bar Association, Landlord's Association, and Affordable Housing Association of Arkansas.

Specified commission operations including quarterly meetings in Pulaski County or via teleconference, majority quorum requirement, and no compensation or expense reimbursement for members.

Declares that the enactment of this act shall not repeal other acts passed during the Ninetieth General Assembly, and any conflicting provisions from those acts shall take precedence as amendments or repeals to the Arkansas Code of 1987.
