Amends Arkansas Code § 21-6-411(a) to correct references to the Arkansas Hot Check Law by clarifying it applies to §§ 5-37-301 through 5-37-307 and adding a separate reference to Section 5-37-307

Amends Arkansas Code § 21-8-701(d)(3) and (4) to correct improperly subdivided lists and fix word usage regarding employer identification and business investment disclosure requirements for public servants and candidates

Changes language in disclosure requirements from "shall not be construed to" to "does not" and corrects grammar including changing "and or" to "or" in subsection (d)(4)(A)

Amends Arkansas Code § 21-15-111(f)(29) to correct a reference to the Arkansas Hot Check Law to read "as prohibited in" rather than "violating as prohibited in"
