Amends Arkansas Code § 11-10-705(b)(2) to make stylistic corrections to employer unemployment insurance contribution rate provisions

Clarifies that employers with a 6% contribution rate for two preceding calendar years (beginning January 1, 2008 or later) receive an additional 2% contribution assessment

Establishes escalating contribution assessment increases: 2% assessment increases to 4% after two consecutive years, then to 6% after two more consecutive years for calendar years beginning January 1, 2014 and thereafter

Further increases the 6% assessment to 8% after two consecutive years of being assessed at 6% for calendar years beginning January 1, 2014 and thereafter
