SB126 - Technical Corrections to Transportation Code

• Removes references to superseded Act section in trailer penalty provisions, replacing Acts 1945, No. 221, § 3 with § 27-14-304

• Removes references to repealed Code sections from "In God We Trust" license plate compliance requirements in § 27-15-4907

• Removes references to repealed Code sections from Arkansas State Golf Association and Arkansas Fallen Firefighters' Memorial special license plate compliance requirements in § 27-15-5106 and § 27-15-5206

• Amends § 27-19-711 to correct numbering of proof of financial responsibility options and change "shall be" to "is" for stylistic clarity

• Repeals § 27-24-1403 concerning expedited application process for certain special license plates and makes corrections to accreditation body names and motor vehicle safety law references
