AR SB15

Establishes 15 regular full-time employee positions for the Arkansas Real Estate Commission for fiscal year 2015-2016, including an Executive Director at $97,104 annually and positions ranging from Deputy Executive Director to Administrative Specialists.

Authorizes up to 4 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees paid at rates not to exceed those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $1,280,137 for operations including $597,219 for regular salaries, $209,583 for personal services matching, $397,744 for operating expenses, $16,662 for conferences and travel, and $32,929 for professional fees.

Appropriates $352,500 for the Real Estate Recovery Cash Fund, consisting of $250,000 for damage payments and $102,500 for education.

Takes effect July 1, 2015, and requires all disbursements to comply with State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws.
