Creates new criminal offense of "unlawful distribution of sexual images or recordings" under Arkansas Code § 5-26-314, applicable to persons 18 years of age or older who distribute sexual or nude images/recordings of another person with intent to harass, frighten, intimidate, threaten, or abuse them.

Offense applies only when the victim is a family or household member (spouse, parent, child, blood relative within fourth degree, cohabitant, child's other parent, or dating relationship member) of the person distributing the material.

Prior consent or knowledge by the victim that the image/recording was created, or that the charged person owns the material, does not constitute a valid legal defense.

Violation classified as a Class A misdemeanor.

Court must enter pretrial release order consistent with Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure Rules 9.3 and 9.4, with notice of penalties under Rule 9.5, and such order remains in effect during any appeal of conviction.
