Amends Arkansas Code § 3-3-203 to provide criminal immunity from alcohol possession charges for persons under 21 years of age who request emergency medical assistance during a medical emergency and remain at the scene cooperating with medical personnel and law enforcement.

Immunity applies to persons under 21 who requested emergency assistance for another person, remained on scene until assistance arrived, and cooperated with emergency responders and law enforcement.

Immunity also extends to the recipient of emergency medical assistance and persons acting in concert with the person initiating the emergency call, provided they remained on scene and cooperated with responders.

Immunity does not apply if the request for emergency medical assistance occurs after law enforcement has already arrived at the scene.

Immunity provision does not prevent law enforcement or courts from establishing probable cause for other criminal offenses unrelated to alcohol possession.
