Appropriates $1,973,340 to the Contractors Licensing Board for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, payable from the state cash fund.

Establishes a maximum of 20 regular employees including 1 administrator, 1 attorney specialist, 6 investigators, 1 education coordinator, 7 licensing coordinators, 3 administrative specialists III, and 1 administrative specialist II.

Allocates funds for regular salaries ($951,039), personal services matching ($313,420), maintenance and operations ($345,481), conferences and travel ($9,400), professional fees ($44,000), education training grants ($150,000), construction industry training grants ($100,000), and refunds/reimbursements ($60,000).

Requires the agency to request legal services from the Attorney General first; private legal counsel may only be employed with written Attorney General certification and consent.

Effective July 1, 2015, with funds subject to compliance with State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other fiscal control laws.
