The Department of Workforce Services shall prepare an annual economic security report beginning June 30, 2016, detailing employment and earnings outcomes for degrees and certificates from Arkansas state-supported institutions of higher education.

The report shall be made available online in an easily accessible format and include employment data by number and percentage, earnings data on an annual basis, and average student loan debt calculations.

Four-year and two-year state-supported institutions must provide enrolled students electronic access to the report before class registration, beginning July 1, 2016.

Each institution shall provide students with the top 25% and bottom 10% of certificates and degrees ranked by full-time job placement rates and average annual earnings in the year after completion.

Beginning August 1, 2016, public school students in grades 7-12 and their parents or guardians shall receive a two-page summary and electronic access to the Department of Workforce Services' economic security report.
