Amends Arkansas Code § 6-15-441(b) to add the Aspire Assessment System as an alternative option for the Arkansas College and Career Readiness Planning Program

Public schools may now administer either EXPLORE (grade 8), PLAN or PSAT (grade 10), ACT (grades 10-12), or the Aspire Assessment System at appropriate grade levels to students

The Aspire Assessment System option includes administering the ACT in grades 10, 11, or 12 to students who meet federal or state assessment requirements

Allows the ACT to be administered multiple times across one or more grades at the discretion of the Department of Education

Funding for college and career readiness assessments may be paid using Department of Education at-risk funding, with the option for the department to designate alternative assessments approved by the State Board of Education
