Amends previous athletic training legislation to shift pilot program grants timeline from the 2013-2014 school year to the 2015-2016 school year for public school athletic trainers.

Creates the Arkansas Legislative Task Force on Athletic Training in Public Schools consisting of 12 voting members from the General Assembly and 8 nonvoting members from state departments and professional associations.

Task force chair is elected by majority vote of voting members at the first meeting within 30 days of the bill's effective date and votes only in case of a tie.

Requires the task force to study healthcare issues for secondary school student athletes, evaluate athletic training curriculum, monitor standards of care, and explore funding for pilot programs, with a report due to the House and Senate Education Committees by November 1, 2016.

Task force is abolished on December 31, 2016, and meets at least quarterly with legislative members eligible for per diem reimbursement.
