Appropriates $965,750 to the Department of Finance and Administration - Revenue Services Division from the General Improvement Fund for major maintenance and repairs to the Ledbetter Building and Ragland Building.

Allows institutions and agencies to supplement appropriated funds with grants, donations, Federal funds, and unobligated cash income to finance the project.

Requires strict compliance with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws in disbursement of funds.
